Ooka Momiji's Sweet Trap :
Fans of Detective Conan are in for a treat with the upcoming special episodes, “Ooka Momiji’s Sweet Trap (Parts 1 & 2),” which will air on Yomiuri TV/Nippon TV on September 21st and 28th. To build excitement, a special promotional video (PV) was released today, September 14th.
These highly anticipated episodes take Conan and his friends to Kyoto, where a stage play featuring Kogoro and Heiji is being prepared. However, their visit quickly turns into a mystery when a murder occurs during the event. This two-part special promises plenty of suspense and detective action as Conan and his team dive into solving the crime.
Heiji becomes suspicious when he learns that the detective he’s modeling for has a fiancée. Things take a dramatic twist when Ooka Momiji, claiming to be Heiji’s fiancée, arrives on the scene. Meanwhile, Ran and Kazuha are enjoying a sweets tour of Kyoto, courtesy of their sponsor, only to realize they’ve been caught in an elaborate trap.
The Kyoto International Manga and Anime Fair 2024, held on September 21st and 22nd, will feature the special PV at the ytv animation booth. The fair will also showcase a collaborative visual with the manga Ao no Miburo, currently serialized in Weekly Shonen Magazine.
